Lao Cai: 11 individuals were awarded the "Creative Labor" Certificate in 2023

The Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has just issued a decision to award the "Creative Labor" Certificate to 11 individuals of Lao Cai province who achieved the title of "Creative Labor" in the patriotic emulation movement in 2023.

11 individuals received the "Creative Labor" Certificate:

1. Specialist Doctor 2 Pham Van Thinh, Director of Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital

2. Specialist Doctor 2 Hoang Thi Nguyet, Director of Lao Cai Province Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital

3. Specialist Doctor 2 Vu Thi Nguyet, Director of Lao Cai Provincial Endocrinology Hospital

4. Specialist Doctor 2 Nguyen Viet Hai, Head of Intensive Care and Anti-Poison Department, Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital

5. Specialist Doctor 1 Lu Ta Phin, Head of Trauma Surgery Department, Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital

6. Bachelor of Nursing Vu Hong Giang, Nursing Department of Trauma Surgery, Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital

7. Doctor Vu Thi Hai Yen, Head of Emergency Resuscitation Department, Lao Cai Provincial Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital

8. Teacher Pham Tuan Tu, teacher at Lung Phinh 1 Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Bac Ha, Lao Cai

9. Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, Deputy Head of Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Lao Cai College

10. Ms. Nguyen Thi Diu, lecturer of the Faculty of Electricity and Electronics, Lao Cai College

11. Mr. Le Vinh Long , lecturer of Faculty of Mechanics - Dynamics, Lao Cai College

In addition to receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , the individuals also received a bonus of VND 2,340,000/individual.

Doctor Lu Ta Phin, Head of Trauma Surgery Department, Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital is one of 11 individuals awarded the "Creative Labor" Certificate.

It is known that, in order to promote patriotic emulation movements among union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers, focusing on the movement "Good workers, creative workers", every year, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation holds meetings to evaluate the results of the emulation movement, and at the same time considers and makes a proposal to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to award the "Creative Labor" Certificate to individuals with outstanding achievements.

Union members and workers compete to promote initiatives and technical innovations, contributing to the successful completion of political, production and business tasks of agencies, units and enterprises.
