On June 2, at Tu Dam Pagoda (Hue city), the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Thua Thien - Hue province solemnly held the Buddha's Birthday Ceremony 2567 with the participation of a large number of monks, nuns and Buddhist followers.

In a solemn atmosphere, the Ceremonial Committee performed the traditional Buddha's Birthday ceremony of Buddhism in the ancient capital. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, Truong An Ward, Hue City shared that every Buddha's Birthday, her whole family goes to the pagoda to offer incense, worship Buddha, and pray for the family's health and the peace of all living beings. This is also an opportunity for her family to educate their children and grandchildren to be kind and compassionate. Ms. Hoa hopes that everyone must live, be kind, and share so that the Buddha within us is born every day.A large number of monks, nuns and Buddhists attended the ceremony.
Thua Thien - Hue is the center of Buddhism in the whole country. Buddhism has left a deep mark in the process of forming and building the personality of Hue people. In addition, the Social Charity Board, Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Thua Thien - Hue province organized many humanitarian and social security programs, giving hundreds of gifts to families in difficult circumstances, people with disabilities and patients. Monasteries, monks and nuns, and Buddhists in the province actively organized visits and gave gifts to families in difficult circumstances and disadvantaged circumstances to demonstrate the spirit of compassion and relief of suffering of Buddhism.
