Emphasizing efforts to streamline the apparatus, promote improvement of facilities, enhance the quality of healthcare, education... in Vietnam, the General Secretary asked former Vietnam - Japan Special Ambassador Sugi Ryotaro to continue to pay attention and make active contributions to a number of areas such as: Implementing humanitarian activities in healthcare and education in remote areas of Vietnam; supporting Vietnam in promoting its tourism image through media channels in Japan; continuing traditional cultural exchange programs; supporting and assisting the Vietnamese community in Japan...
On the same day, President Luong Cuong received the Ambassador of the Dominican Republic, Mr. Jaime Francisco Rodriguez, who came to say goodbye on the occasion of the end of his term of office.
