War invalid Nguyen Te, 75 years old this year, was a liaison soldier in Phu Vang district, Thua Thien - Hue province, and was captured and imprisoned by the enemy. In 1992, his family moved to Lac Duong and he is one of the local examples of good farmers.

War invalid Van Chuong Kieu, 75 years old this year, was infected with toxic chemicals. After liberation, he returned to Lac Duong to live and work, and was the Chairman of the Lac Duong District Veterans Association from 2012 to 2016.
