War invalid Van Chuong Kieu, 75 years old this year, was infected with toxic chemicals. At the age of 17, he volunteered to join the army at Company 1, Battalion 317, Group 317, then went to the South to fight. After liberation, he returned to Lac Duong to live and work, and was the Chairman of the Lac Duong District Veterans Association from 2012 to 2016.
