- On the morning of March 19, the People's Procuracy, the Police, the People's Court and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of An Giang province organized the signing of the Regulation on coordination between the provincial judiciary in the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations in judicial activities.

Accordingly, the coordination regulations aim to strengthen coordination between judicial agencies in the work of receiving, classifying, handling and resolving complaints and denunciations in judicial activities in the province effectively. At the same time, effectively implement Directive 29/CT/TU of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee on "Implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated May 26, 2014 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations".

In the work of receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations in judicial activities of agencies, each agency proactively coordinates with relevant agencies. Depending on the specific content of each case and work, the coordinating agency assigns corresponding functional units to participate.

When necessary, the head of the agency where the citizen complaint or denunciation arises shall preside over the reception of the citizen and coordinate with representatives of relevant agencies to participate in the reception of the complainant or denunciation to contact, dialogue, mobilize, persuade, and handle each content of the complaint or denunciation in accordance with the law. When there is a request for coordination, the coordinating agency must assign a responsible person to participate with the agency presiding over the reception of the citizen...

On this occasion, the People's Procuracy, the Police, the People's Court and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of An Giang province organized a preliminary review of the implementation of the Joint Circular regulating the coordination in implementing a number of provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and complaints and denunciations and the Joint Circular regulating coordination in reporting and notifying about the settlement of complaints and denunciations in judicial activities.
