Regular citizen reception in March 2025

This morning, comrade Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrade Nguyen Dinh Hai - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; comrade Tran Van Ky - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the regular citizen reception session in March. Attending were comrade Tran Dinh Gia - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Tinh; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches and leaders of districts, towns and cities.

At the beginning of the regular citizen reception session in March, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee reported on the results and progress of resolving cases under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman at previous regular citizen reception sessions. Accordingly, 9 cases have been reported and responded to citizens; 6 cases are within the settlement period, with progress reports and are being monitored and summarized according to regulations; 2 cases have been directed by the Provincial Party Committee Secretary at regular citizen reception sessions but have not been completely resolved.

After listening to reports from departments, branches and localities on progress, difficulties, obstacles and solutions to some assigned cases, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested local leaders to uphold their sense of responsibility and focus on resolving outstanding cases and issues that citizens have reported and recommended. He noted that in the process of performing tasks, they must be truly dedicated and responsible, complete assigned tasks well, and absolutely not interrupt work during the process of reorganizing the apparatus.

Next, the provincial leaders received and responded to the petition of citizen Luu Thi Binh, Huong Khe town, Huong Khe district, regarding the land allocation for her family around Binh Son lake area; citizen Tran Dinh Chat, Dong Loc town, Can Loc district, regarding the land ownership of his family; citizen Tran Quoc Nam and some citizens in Son Kim 1 commune, Huong Son district, regarding the delay in compensation for damages caused by the construction of National Highway 8A by Project Management Board 4, Ministry of Transport, now the Ministry of Construction, due to the impact on the houses and works of households; citizen Nguyen Thi Thao and some citizens of Cam Son commune, Cam Xuyen district, complained and denounced the village chief and officials of Cam Son commune People's Committee for dividing and selling land plots in violation of the law; citizen Vo Chan Thanh and some citizens of Ky Tay commune, Ky Anh district, reported on land recovery to implement the water supply project for Vung Ang Economic Zone; Citizen Dinh Thi Bang, permanent resident of Cau Giay district, Hanoi city, has a power of attorney related to the issuance of land use right certificates; citizen Tran Quoc Tuan, Nghen town, Can Loc district, denounced the district leaders for violations in basic construction investment and land allocation not in accordance with regulations...

At the reception, after listening to citizens' petitions, reflections and responses from relevant departments, branches and localities, comrade Vo Trong Hai - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee analyzed and clarified each issue raised by citizens.

He requested that units and localities thoroughly resolve the cases. For cases with conclusions from provincial leaders, the relevant sector must be responsible for handling them. Regarding recommendations related to the issuance of land use right certificates, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested: by the end of December 31, 2025, in cases where there are no disputes or encroachments and the dossiers are complete, the issuance of land use right certificates to the people must be completed; the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Secretaries and Chairmen of localities must be disciplined if they fail to complete this task.
