At the conference, comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department of Home Affairs witnessed the signing ceremony of the Minutes of the handover of the duties of Director of the Department of Home Affairs between comrade Trinh Hoang Thang, Secretary of the Muong Cha District Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Home Affairs and comrade Nguyen Tien Dat, Director of the Department of Home Affairs. Including contents on functions, tasks, personnel, headquarters, assets and finance.

Speaking at the assignment, comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated comrade Trinh Hoang Thang and comrade Nguyen Tien Dat on their new positions.
