Accelerating investment preparation and implementation of industrial parks in Ham Tan

Entering the second quarter of 2024, the Binh Thuan Industrial Parks Management Board continues to request infrastructure investors to speed up preparation work as well as project implementation progress, especially in Ham Tan - an area with many large-scale industrial parks in the province.

In the first months of this year, the Binh Thuan Industrial Park Management Board has focused on implementing investment preparation work such as coordinating with consulting units to complete the planning task of Ham Tan - La Gi Industrial - Urban - Service Park. In addition, there is a Proposal requesting the Department of Construction to review and appraise, submit to the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial People's Council to approve the general planning task for this project. Meanwhile, the Son My 2 Industrial Park project - phase 1 was also granted an Investment Certificate with an area of ​​nearly 470 hectares and a total registered capital of more than 1,700 billion VND, with an investment phase of 4 phases (phase 1 is about 100 hectares, phases 2 and 3 are 150 hectares, phase 4 is about 68.35 hectares). At the same time, the task of setting up planning markers was approved, a contract was signed with the Center for Technical Resources and Environment to set up boundary markers in the field, as a basis for the investor to prepare compensation work, and proceed to start construction of the Industrial Park...

At the same time, the compensation and clearance work for Son My 1 Industrial Park and Tan Duc Industrial Park in Ham Tan district has also been promoted by relevant departments, units and localities. For Son My 1 Industrial Park, attention has been paid to resolving difficulties and obstacles to focus on compensation and site clearance for an area of ​​375.57 hectares according to the industrial land quota, promptly allocating land for a series of gas and electricity projects. Thereby, land allocation and lease procedures will be carried out soon so that investors can build infrastructure and mobilize resources to promote the implementation of this Industrial Park... As for Tan Duc Industrial Park, up to now, the inventory of 221/221 households with an area of ​​292.87/292.87 hectares has been completed, reaching 100% of the area required for compensation and clearance as well as making compensation payments and site clearance. Recently, the Provincial People's Committee also decided to lease land (phase 1) to Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company with an area of ​​over 208 hectares to implement the project of Investing in construction and operating infrastructure of Tan Duc Industrial Park in Tan Duc commune, Ham Tan district.

According to the assigned tasks, the Management Board of Binh Thuan Industrial Parks will continue to urge investors to coordinate with local authorities and consulting units to accelerate the work of determining specific land prices for compensation, clearance and land leasing. Thereby, submit to the Land Price Appraisal Council, then submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval to implement compensation and clearance, especially for key projects such as Son My 1 Industrial Park and Tan Duc Industrial Park. On the other hand, it will also monitor and urge departments, localities and investors to actively implement related contents according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, promptly implement land allocation and prepare the ground to start construction of Tan Duc Industrial Park this year... Also participating, Ham Tan District People's Committee will coordinate and urge to accelerate the progress of compensation and site clearance, deploy investment in infrastructure construction of Tan Duc Industrial Park, Son My 1 Industrial Park, Son My 2 Industrial Park - Phase 1 in the coming time. As for investors, clearly identify the projects and tasks in the 2024 investment capital plan to focus on accelerating the progress of investment in completing the infrastructure of industrial parks, especially in terms of electricity - water supply, wastewater treatment, etc., contributing to creating favorable conditions for attracting secondary projects in the coming time.

Along with the investment preparation and project implementation, the Binh Thuan Industrial Park Management Board also coordinated with relevant departments and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the acceleration of investment progress of projects outside the industrial park fence. Such as urging investment in the construction of a raw water supply canal outside the fence of Son My I Industrial Park, investing in the construction of a traffic intersection connecting Tan Duc Industrial Park with National Highway 1A at Km1764+631 in Tan Duc commune, Ham Tan district...
