Prime Minister approves election results of Chairmen of People's Committees of Kien Giang and Ha Giang provinces

(Dan Tri) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Kien Giang province with Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan and the position of Chairman of Ha Giang province with Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 21, the Prime Minister approved the results of the dismissal of Mr. Lam Minh Thanh from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Kien Giang province for the 2021-2026 term to take on a new assignment.

In Decision No. 26, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Kien Giang province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Kien Giang province.

In Decision No. 25, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Ha Giang Provincial Police Department.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan, the new Chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee, was born in 1977, his hometown is Tan Hiep district, Kien Giang province. Mr. Nhan has a PhD in Agricultural Economics and a senior degree in politics.

During his working time in Kien Giang province, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan held the following positions: Secretary of Ha Tien City Party Committee, Chairman of Ha Tien City People's Committee, Vice Chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee.

The new Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province, Phan Huy Ngoc, was born in 1972, and is from Nghia Hung commune, Vinh Tuong district, Vinh Phuc province. Mr. Ngoc has a PhD in Law, a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of English Pedagogy, and a Senior in Political Theory.

Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc has held the following positions: Chief of Phu Tho Town Police (Phu Tho Province), Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police, Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police.
