1. PROGRAM NAME: "PROMOTION PROGRAM WHEN PURCHASING YOKOGOLD, COLOSGOLD, PEDIA KENJI NUTRITIONAL MILK POWDER (*), hereinafter referred to as "Program".
2. NAME OF THE MERCHANT IMPLEMENTING THE PROGRAM:
VIETNAM DAIRY PRODUCTS JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
Address: 10 Tan Trao, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Organizing Committee (OC)"
3. PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION TIME & SCOPE:
The program applies at retail locations selling Vinamilk products with the program structure applied from March 1, 2024 to April 23, 2024 or until the number of gifts specified in Article 6 is exhausted.
4. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:
All customers who purchase products participating in the promotion program, including: YOKOGOLD, COLOSGOLD, PEDIA KENJI* baby milk powder at retail points where the program takes place
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Step 1: Customers purchase directly at retail locations that are implementing promotional programs and are selling the products listed in section 6.
Step 2: Receive gift incentives according to the detailed structure stated in section 6.
6. PROMOTION PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Note: Gifts are not redeemable for cash and are non-exchangeable/transferable. The number of gifts is limited and may change depending on the program organizer.

BTC's delivery partner company will record information of Full name, Phone number, ID card or citizen identification card when delivering. In case the participant provides incorrect registration information according to the documents, he/she will not be eligible to receive the gift.

8. OTHER PROVISIONS:
- The prize recipient is not responsible for any additional costs.
- By participating in this program, participants have agreed to the terms, conditions, and regulations (if any) of the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse to resolve cases that do not comply with the stated regulations.
- Participants need to ensure that their Full Name, Phone Number, ID Card or Citizen Identification Card information is correct because this will be the only information the delivery staff will use to contact them. This information is used for the purpose of determining eligibility for the gift and for comparison when receiving the gift.
- In case the Company has grounds to prove that the gift registration shows signs of fraud, the Company has the right to refuse to issue the gift without notice and is not responsible for any arising complaints.
- The recipient of the gift product is not allowed to directly or indirectly sell it in any form, give it to others or give away the product for trial use. If there is a violation, the recipient will be responsible according to the law.
- The Organizing Committee has the right to suspend or change the program content, or adjust the rules to suit the actual situation at any time before the end of the program by posting the revised rules on the website after being approved by the Department of Industry and Trade.
- When disputes or complaints arise related to the program, the Organizing Committee will directly resolve them and the decision of the Organizing Committee is final.
- Breast milk is best for the development of infants and young children. The program does not aim to advertise, promote, or encourage the use of milk products that replace breast milk.
