On the morning of March 18, 2025, in Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Railway Joint Stock Company held a Conference to commend advanced models in the period of 2020 - 2025. Attending and directing the conference were comrade Le Bang An - Member of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Railways Corporation, comrade Nguyen Thanh Hoan - Permanent Vice Chairman of Vietnam Railways Trade Union and 71 delegates representing 502 workers and employees of the Company who attended the Conference.
The emulation movements in this period encountered many difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic and natural disasters, floods, and fluctuations in the economy, politics and society; however, the staff of Thanh Hoa Real Estate Joint Stock Company overcame all difficulties, adapted to the actual conditions and circumstances to strive to achieve the goals of the emulation movements.
In the period of 2020-2025, the units in the Company have done well in emulation, reward and propaganda work, mobilizing employees to actively respond to patriotic emulation movements launched by the Vietnam Railways Corporation and all levels. Typical examples include: emulation to complete production plans, improve the quality of bridges and roads, ensure train safety, labor safety associated with promoting the development of modern, synchronous infrastructure; movement to study and improve the qualifications of staff; movement to promote initiatives and technical improvements associated with the program of 1 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties and be creative; movement to build units that meet corporate culture standards associated with Regularity - Culture - Safety; Railway - Flower Street movement... The work of building advanced models, building new factors as the core and backbone in emulation movements has received attention, especially workers directly involved in production.
Through the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025, the entire Company had 79 collectives achieving the title of Excellent Labor Collective, 86 collectives achieving the title of Advanced Labor Collective, 202 individuals achieving the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level, and 1,297 individuals achieving the title of Advanced Labor.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Le Bang An, Member of the Board of Members of Vietnam Railways Corporation, praised the achievements of individuals and collectives in the emulation movement of Thanh Hoa Railway Joint Stock Company in the period of 2020-2025. He requested the Company to promote the achievements, continue to innovate and be creative in directing and motivating the Company's staff and employees to voluntarily and actively respond to patriotic emulation movements, emulate excellent workers, creative workers, improve all aspects of qualifications, contribute with the Company and the whole industry to successfully complete the production and business plan, socio-economic tasks, and meet the strong development of the Vietnam Railways industry in the new period.
Before that, the delegation visited the traditional house of Thanh Hoa Railway Joint Stock Company, where many valuable documents, artifacts and images of the unit and the Railway industry are kept. With the tradition of solidarity and high determination, the Company will continue to strive, achieve many new achievements, and make important contributions to the sustainable development of the Vietnam Railway industry.
