To be honored as the champion, Techcombank had to pass 3 rigorous selection rounds of Great Place to Work organization including: "Best Workplace" certificate announced at the end of 2022; "Cultural Profile" category of the enterprise in early 2023; the final round is the "Best Workplace in Vietnam" table announced on May 18, 2023.
Great Place to Work's "Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2023" ranking applies the same evaluation criteria as the "100 Best Workplaces in the US" and "25 Best Workplaces in the World" rankings published annually by Fortune magazine since 1998. The ranking is the result of a rigorous analysis of data from online surveys and employee feedback representing more than 100 businesses participating in the survey in 2022 in Vietnam.
