Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has 2 more deputy ministers

(Dan Tri) - Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine Le Hai Binh and Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Phan Tam have just been transferred and appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed decisions to transfer and appoint two Deputy Ministers of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 400, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Le Hai Binh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

In Decision No. 328, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Phan Tam, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. This decision takes effect from March 1.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is a Government agency, performing the function of State management of culture, family, physical education, sports and tourism nationwide; State management of public services in sectors and fields under the State management of the Ministry.

With the above appointment decisions, the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism include Minister Nguyen Van Hung and 6 Deputy Ministers, including Mr. and Mrs. Ta Quang Dong, Trinh Thi Thuy, Hoang Dao Cuong, Ho An Phong, Le Hai Binh and Phan Tam.
