Techcombank awarded Great Place to Work certification by Great Place To Work

This is the third consecutive year that Techcombank has received this title, with survey results over the years reaching a rate of over 90% and much higher than the world average in 2024 of 59% (based on the Great Place to Work® 2021 Global Employee Engagement Study).

This year’s survey also recorded positive reviews from more than 13,000 Techcombank employees, of which 96% of employees when asked shared their pride in working at Techcombank. The bank is constantly creating new standards for the best working environment, not only in Vietnam but also in the region. Through that, Techcombank wishes to encourage each employee to constantly develop themselves to become a better version of themselves and accompany the bank into a new era of growth.

The "Excellent Workplace" certification is awarded based on data from online surveys, reflecting employee satisfaction with the criteria: Credibility; Respect; Fairness; Camaraderie and Pride.

2024 continues to be a year when Techcombank makes many remarkable marks in its human resource strategy when the internal turnover rate increases by 22% and the internal promotion rate increases by 12% compared to 2023. The employee engagement rate across the bank increases by 2%, reaching 84% compared to the same period last year.
