In document 2284/SYT-QLHNYDTN sent to the People's Committee of Thach That district, the Department of Health said that on May 13, 2023, the Department organized an appraisal team to grant a license for medical examination and treatment activities at Phuong Thuy Ultrasound Clinic - Phuong Thuy Pharmaceutical Group Joint Stock Company, address 280 Dong Cam, Dong Cam Residential Group, Lien Quan Town, Thach That District. The Department of Health discovered that this address had illegal medical examination and treatment activities and posted medical examination and treatment advertisements without approval of advertising content.
Sending document 2285/SYT-QLHNYDTN to the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem district, the Department of Health informed that on May 20, 2023, the Department organized a delegation to appraise the license for medical examination and treatment activities of Linh Y Duong Traditional Medicine Clinic - Nam Duoc Than Hieu Hanh Dang Company Limited, address No. 3, Lane 186 Tan Phong, Thuy Phuong Ward, Bac Tu Liem, discovered that this facility was operating without a license and advertising medical examination and treatment without approval of advertising content.
The Department of Health also issued Document 2286/SYT-QLHNYDTN to the People's Committee of Dong Anh District requesting an inspection of the unlicensed medical practice facility. On May 20, 2023, the Department of Health's appraisal team discovered that River Park Dental Clinic, located at Lot SHP3-06, Park 3 Building, Dong Hoi Resettlement Area, Dong Hoi Commune, Dong Anh District, was operating without a license and advertising medical examination and treatment without approval of advertising content.
On May 15, 2023, the Department of Health reviewed the application for a license to operate a medical examination and treatment facility of Dr. Minh Nga Dental Clinic, No. 11, Villa 1 Huyndai, Cau Do residential group, Ha Cau, Ha Dong and discovered that this facility was operating an unlicensed medical examination and treatment facility. Therefore, the Department of Health issued Document 2287/SYT-QLHNYDTN requesting the People's Committee of Ha Dong District to inspect this unlicensed medical practice facility and handle it according to regulations.
In document 2788/SYT-QLHNYDTN, the Department of Health requested the People's Committee of Hoang Mai district to direct the inspection of the Viet Nhat Pediatric Clinic, located at 145 Nam Du, Linh Nam ward, which is operating medical examination and treatment without a license.
In document 2289/SYT-QLHNYDTN, the Department of Health requested the People's Committee of Dong Da district to direct the inspection of Drip Hydration General Internal Medicine Clinic - 3T Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company, located on the 5th floor, 454 Xa Dan, Nam Dong ward, for operating medical examination and treatment without a license and posting advertisements without approval of advertising content.
The Department of Health also requested the People's Committees of districts to review and inspect the activities of medical and pharmaceutical establishments in the area, especially unlicensed establishments and medical examination and treatment establishments that post advertisements on the internet without a license, and strictly handle them according to regulations.
