Meanwhile, the above meats are all rich sources of protein and fat. Especially saturated fat can increase cholesterol in the blood. When using these two foods at the same time, it will cause cholesterol in the body to increase suddenly.

Do not eat with spicy foods such as pepper, chili, ginger, garlic ... because they will reduce the flavor, combined with the hot nature of durian, causing a feeling of heat and discomfort in the body.

Durian is incompatible with coffee : If you drink coffee at the same time as eating durian, it will cause digestive disorders.
