The Hong Linh Town Square project, invested by the Town People's Committee, is built in Bac Hong Ward. Phase 1 of the project is being built on an area of over 3.4 hectares with a total investment of 67 billion VND.

Mr. Le Van Thanh - Technical Officer of Dai Phong Construction and Trading Consulting Co., Ltd. - one of the three contractors undertaking the construction of the project said: "The unit is focusing on completing items such as traffic system, logo symbol, stage, internal yard and parking lot. Striving to complete the project by December 30, 2023, 8 months ahead of schedule".
Mr. Nguyen Cong Thien - Director of Hong Linh Town Construction Investment Project Management Board said: "The unit is continuing to direct contractors to implement the remaining items to complete the project. With the current construction progress, the goal of completing phase 1 of Hong Linh Town Square and handing over 8 months ahead of schedule is completely feasible."
