Quang Nam agrees to adjust Dien Thang Trung Urban Residential Area

By the end of December 2024, Dien Thang Trung Urban Residential Area (Area 2), invested by An Duong Company, must be completed and the project put into operation.

Quang Nam province has just issued a document adjusting the progress of the investment project to build housing in Dien Thang Trung Urban Residential Area (Area 2), Dien Ban town.

Accordingly, to facilitate the investor to carry out the next documents and procedures, and invest in the construction of the entire project, Quang Nam province agreed to adjust the progress of Dien Thang Trung Urban Residential Area (Area 2).

The project progress is specifically adjusted as follows: by the end of September 2024, compensation and site clearance for the remaining area will be completed to continue construction or complete legal adjustment procedures for acceptance and completion of the project.

By the end of December 2024, the project will be completed, accepted, and handed over for operation.

Quang Nam Province requested An Duong Construction, Trade and Service Company Limited - the project investor to work with Dien Ban Town People's Committee to review and evaluate the ability to carry out compensation and site clearance for the remaining area.

Accordingly, in case the remaining area is urban infrastructure and connecting traffic infrastructure, we will resolutely apply all measures to completely resolve the compensation and site clearance work, ensuring synchronous connection with the common infrastructure of the area. Urgently complete the compensation and site clearance work to continue implementing and completing the project.

In case it is not possible to continue site clearance, and it is not within the scope of investment in urban framework infrastructure or connecting traffic infrastructure, then consider and propose to adjust the Detailed Planning (1/500) in the direction of retaining urban embellishment or keeping the Detailed Planning (1/500), adjusting the project scale, handing over the remaining area to the locality to implement public investment projects later...

The Dien Thang Trung Urban Residential Area Project (Area 2) was recognized as the investor by Quang Nam Province in Official Dispatch No. 3869/QD-UBND dated July 26, 2017, with an area of 9.2 hectares. The project implementation period according to the decision to adjust the investment policy of Quang Nam Province is until the first quarter of 2022.

According to the report of Dien Ban Town in Official Dispatch No. 1156/UBND, dated May 16, 2023, 90,582 m2 has been handed over to the Investor. The Enterprise has fully performed its financial obligations for the project and has been tested, accepted and granted the first land use right certificate for 9/14 Blocks.

For the remaining area of 200.9 square meters, site clearance cannot be completed because households do not agree to receive money according to the approved plan and do not agree with site clearance, requesting adjustments to the project planning...
