Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee approved and attached to the decision 2 internal procedures for handling administrative procedures in the field of social protection under the state management function of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, including: Determining, re-determining the level of disability and issuing disability certificates and issuing, changing and re-issuing disability certificates.
The process of determining, re-determining the level of disability and issuing a certificate of disability consists of 5 steps with a total processing time of 25 working days; the process of issuing, exchanging and re-issuing a certificate of disability consists of 3 steps with a total processing time of 5 working days.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to be responsible for making a list of civil servants participating in internal processes and sending it to the Department of Information and Communications to set up and configure electronic processes; updating information, data, status of receiving, processing records and returning results of administrative procedures to the provincial electronic one-stop information system in accordance with regulations.
The Department of Information and Communications is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to establish electronic procedures in the provincial electronic one-stop information system according to regulations.
