Disseminate and thoroughly understand the laws passed at the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly

On the morning of February 28, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province held a conference to disseminate and thoroughly understand the laws passed at the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly.

The conference was held in person and online to localities in the area. Director of the Department of Justice Phan Thi Hong Thang chaired the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Director of the Department of Justice Phan Thi Hong Thang said that at the 8th Session, the 15th National Assembly passed 18 Laws and 21 Resolutions and within the framework of the conference, the reporter will disseminate and thoroughly understand the contents of 10 laws. The newly issued laws are very important, related to many different subjects and fields. This is the legal basis to promptly resolve issues arising from practical life, contributing to rapid and sustainable socio-economic development, improving the quality of people's lives.

In order to achieve high results in the organization of propaganda and dissemination of the laws passed by the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly in the province, comrade Phan Thi Hong Thang suggested that agencies, units and localities need to focus on studying and grasping the purpose, meaning and content of the newly issued laws. At the same time, develop specific plans and measures to promote propaganda and dissemination of laws through diverse and rich forms, suitable to the subjects and realities of localities and units so that the laws can soon enter real life, ensuring citizens' right to information about the law, contributing to improving the effectiveness and quality of law enforcement.

Director of the Department of Construction Pham Van Lap disseminated the Law on Urban and Rural Planning at the conference.

The conference disseminated and thoroughly grasped 10 new laws including: Law on Juvenile Justice; Law on Urban and Rural Planning; Law on Data; Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking; Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue; Law on Public Investment; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Planning, Law on Investment, Law on Investment under the form of public-private partnership and Law on Bidding; Law on Value Added Tax; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Securities, Law on Accounting, Law on Independent Audit, Law on State Budget, Law on Management and Use of Public Assets, Law on Tax Management, Law on Personal Income Tax, Law on National Reserves, Law on Handling of Administrative Violations; Law on Notarization.
