The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Quality Management said that from the end of August 2023 to now, the unit has coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of districts, the Economic Department of La Gi town, the Economic - Infrastructure Department of Phu Quy district and a number of related units to organize 9 training courses on disseminating and updating regulations on food safety management in localities in the province (except Phan Thiet city).
Attending the training courses are food safety management officers, officers in charge of food safety sub-criteria in new rural construction at district and commune levels; owners of production facilities for cultivation, livestock, aquaculture, fishing; preliminary processing and processing of agricultural, forestry and fishery products with a total of 70 delegates/class/session in each district and town.
Accordingly, at the training course, delegates were informed of new regulations on food safety quality management. For example, Circular 32/2022/TT-BNNPTNT amends and supplements a number of articles of Circular 38/TT-BNNPTNT. The purpose is for people, businesses and local management agencies to know and comply with regulations; guide the implementation of criterion 17.10 on new rural communes and criteria 18.4; 18.5; 18.6 on advanced new rural communes.
At the same time, delegates were introduced to e-commerce platforms; introduced to level 4 online public services; digital transformation in agriculture with MobiAgri application of Mobifone. The purpose is to help farmers be more convenient and efficient in cultivation, information about the competition to learn about food safety laws... At the same time, support and guidance for agricultural, forestry and fishery producers and traders to access methods of promoting and selling products on e-commerce platforms.
