Attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Tien Nam - Vice Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union; Ms. Bui Thi Minh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of departments, branches, unions and a large number of officials and farmer members.

The leaders of the Farmers' Association of Hoa Binh province launched the movement "Tet tree planting", planting "Farmer's tree rows"; launched the movement "Good farmers in production and business"; "Farmers participating in collective economic development in agriculture" in 2025 to all cadres and farmer members.
At the ceremony, leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union and leaders of Hoa Binh province presented 10 bicycles to excellent students who overcame difficulties and are children of farmers' union members in Tan Lac district.
Mr. Pham Tien Nam, Vice Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, and leaders of the Farmers' Union of Hoa Binh province presented 20 trash bins to Farmers' Union branches in Tan Lac district.
Representatives of the Farmers' Association of Hoa Binh province presented a loan of 500 million VND from the Farmers' Support Fund of Hoa Binh province to the Farmers' Association of Tan Lac district to implement economic development models for farmer members in the area.
Agricultural Production and Business Cooperative 0789 presented 5,000 trees to the Farmers' Association of Hoa Binh province at the ceremony.
Within the framework of the ceremony, Vice President of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union Pham Tien Nam participated in the Tree Planting Festival with leaders of the Hoa Binh Provincial Farmers' Union and leaders of Tan Lac district.
Responding to the program of planting 1 billion trees, the Farmers' Association at all levels in Hoa Binh province has planted nearly 60 hectares of forest and more than 130 "farmer tree rows", more than 200,000 trees in 2024. In 2025, the Association continues to develop a plan to plant more than 150,000 trees.
Leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union and leaders of Hoa Binh province participated in planting Farmers' Trees.
