(HG) - That was the request of Ms. Ho Thu Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, at the meeting of the Subcommittee on Propaganda, Decoration and Reward Summary; Subcommittee on Logistics and Reception for the 2023 Provincial Defense Area Exercise on the morning of August 1.
At the meeting, the Provincial Military Command deployed the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on establishing the Subcommittee for propaganda, celebration decoration and summarizing rewards and the Subcommittee for logistics and reception services in the 2023 provincial defense zone exercise; deployed the plan for assigning tasks on propaganda, celebration decoration, the plan to launch emulation and rewards and the plan for logistics and reception in the 2023 provincial defense zone exercise.
Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Ho Thu Anh emphasized that the 2023 provincial defense area exercise is a very important task, so she requested that members of each subcommittee raise their sense of responsibility and perform well their assigned tasks in preparing the necessary conditions for the exercise to take place successfully; especially the close coordination and collaboration with central agencies, ministries, branches, Military Regions and departments, branches, organizations, and localities in preparing and practicing the exercise.
The provincial defense area exercise is expected to take place next September. Therefore, from now until the exercise, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that it is necessary to promote the meaning and importance of this exercise. In logistics, the reception must calculate and determine the amount of materials and means to ensure that they are close to reality and consistent with the intention and plan of the exercise. At the same time, pay attention to synthesizing and promptly reporting to the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee to propose competent authorities to reward individuals and groups that have excellently completed the exercise tasks in accordance with regulations.
