Candidates who need special assistance in the first exam

On the morning of June 27, Ba Dinh District sent many forces to support candidates for the Literature exam at 5 testing locations. The District used 115 official testing rooms with a total of more than 2,736 candidates taking the exam.

Security and order at all examination sites in the area were ensured, with no incidents of insecurity or fire. Traffic flow was regulated, roads and sidewalks were kept clear, and there were no traffic jams in front of and around the examination sites. The Ba Dinh District Steering Committee assigned members to monitor the examination sites seriously.

However, before the Literature exam, there were 4 candidates in the district who needed special support. Specifically, at Thanh Cong Secondary School, there was 1 candidate who had recently contracted dengue fever and was not in good health and spirit; at Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School, there was 1 candidate with a broken leg, 1 candidate with a broken arm, and 1 candidate with an eye accident who requested to be absent.

According to the exam regulations, candidates who are unfortunately sick, have broken arms or legs, etc., if they continue to take the exam, will be arranged a separate exam room and assigned a teacher to help record their answers. During the exam, the candidates will be recorded from the time the exam is scheduled until the end of the exam.

Previously, according to reports from the examination sites during the exam registration procedure session, the examination sites prepared facilities according to regulations, ensuring the exam took place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.

The total number of examination rooms in Ba Dinh district is 115 official examination rooms; 10 backup examination rooms; 6 waiting rooms. The total number of candidates registered for the high school graduation exam: 2,736 candidates. Of which, the number of candidates present to complete procedures and study the examination regulations is 2,722. The total number of officers and teachers on duty at the examination site present: 337/338 people (1 officer absent at the examination site of Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School).
