Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin has ordered the evacuation of residents from two apartment buildings after drones attacked them on the morning of May 30, according to RT. Emergency services officials said two drones crashed into the buildings and there were no reports of casualties.

Mr Sobyanin cited data from Moscow’s medical service as saying that none of the residents of the two apartment buildings were seriously injured. He added that two people were given first aid at the scene but did not need to be taken to hospital.
Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov announced that several UAVs were shot down by air defense forces.
Mr Vorobyov urged residents of the Moscow region to remain calm and said all emergency services were being deployed. The Russian Federal Air Transport Agency said operations at Moscow airports were normal, according to TASS.

Earlier this month, two drones attacked the Kremlin. Russia accused Ukraine of being behind the incident and of plotting to assassinate President Vladimir Putin, but Kyiv denied any involvement.
The latest attack followed a similar attack in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv in the early hours of May 30.

Serhiy Popko, head of the Kyiv military government, said the large-scale attack was carried out from several directions and in several waves. Ukraine said it had shot down more than 20 drones but at least one person was killed and four wounded.
It was the third Russian attack on Kyiv in 24 hours and the 17th since early May, Reuters reported.

In an interview with the Chosun Ilbo newspaper published on May 30, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called on South Korea to provide air defense and early warning systems to prevent such attacks.
"I know that there are restrictions on weapons support, but those principles should not apply to defense systems and equipment. Anti-aircraft systems are not weapons, they are purely defense equipment. We must protect the skies to rebuild Ukraine and I sincerely hope that South Korea will help us in this," Zelensky said.

On May 29, President Zelensky announced that the US-supplied Patriot missile defense systems had a 100% success rate when used by Ukraine.
