According to experts at McAfee, "these malware can remain active for long periods of time without being detected. The attackers can control the devices through remote servers."
In particular, the malware also allows criminals to perform many fraudulent acts such as automatically clicking on advertisements, remotely installing applications or attacking user accounts.
