NDO - On the morning of February 27, in Hanoi, the National Political Publishing House Truth held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work. Comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission attended the conference.
Attending the Conference, on the side of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, there were representatives of the Department of Political Theory, the Department of Press and Publication; leaders and staff of the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper.
On the side of the Truth National Political Publishing House, there were Associate Professor, Doctor, Vu Trong Lam, Director-Editor-in-Chief; comrades in the Board of Directors, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Publishing House; leaders, officers, civil servants and employees of some units of the Publishing House.

At the Conference, the National Political Publishing House Truth announced the Decisions to appoint full-time members of the Editorial-Publishing Council for 3 comrades:
Receive and appoint comrade Nguyen Cong Dung, Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper, to hold the position of Member of the Editorial-Publishing Council of the National Political Publishing House Truth, in charge of propaganda work, from March 1, 2025.
Appoint comrade Le Thi Thuc, Head of Department, Director of the Center for Information and Scientific Research, to hold the position of Member of the Editorial-Publishing Council of the National Political Publishing House Truth, in charge of scientific research, from March 1, 2025.
Appoint comrade Pham Thi Kim Hue, Director, Head of the Economic Book Department to hold the position of Member of the Editorial-Publishing Council of the National Political Publishing House Truth, in charge of reading and approving manuscripts of a number of units assigned by the Publishing House's Leadership, from March 1, 2025.

Receive and appoint comrade Pham Duc Thai, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper, to hold the position of Department Head, Director of the Center for Information and Scientific Research, from March 1, 2025.
Appoint comrade Bui Xuan Huy, Head of Department, Quang Trung Book Center, Distribution Center, to hold the position of Deputy Head of Department, Deputy Director of Distribution Center; appoint comrade Luu Thi Binh, Deputy Chief of Office of Publishing House, to hold the position of Chief Accountant; assign tasks to comrade Le Anh Luong, Deputy Head of Department, Deputy Director of Printing Factory (Truth Printing House), in charge of Truth Printing House; assign tasks to comrade Kim Thi Hue, Deputy Head of Digital Data Department, Electronic Publishing Center, in charge of Digital Data Department, Electronic Publishing Center; assign tasks to comrade Vo Thi Kim Hiep, specialist of Quang Ngai Book Distribution Center, in charge of Quang Ngai Book Distribution Center.
Presenting the decision and speaking at the Conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director-Editor-in-Chief of the Truth National Political Publishing House, said that according to Decision No. 223-QD/TW dated December 28, 2024 of the Politburo on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Truth National Political Publishing House, the Publishing House is a public service unit of the Party Central Committee, under the direct and regular leadership of the Secretariat, with the function of being the theoretical and political publishing agency of the Party and the State; operating according to the regulations and instructions of the Party and the laws of the State. The Publishing House has 3 key tasks: Editing, translating, publishing; Scientific research and Propaganda organization.

Emphasizing the important role of the Editorial-Publishing Council in improving the quality of content, orienting the publishing and propaganda development strategy of the National Political Publishing House Truth, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam affirmed that with many years of experience and work, the appointed comrades always demonstrate their mettle, steadfast and steadfast stance, have a scientific working style and method, especially the sense of responsibility of a leader.

On the same morning, the Truth National Political Publishing House held a conference to announce and award decisions to retired and terminated civil servants in March 2025 according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP; announced the Decision to award Certificates of Merit from the Director-Editor-in-Chief to comrades who have made achievements during their work, contributing to the building and development of the Publishing House.
