NDO - Lux Travel DMC, a member of LuxGroup, one of the Vietnamese enterprises operating in the field of destination management and providing luxury travel services in Asia, has just announced that it has achieved the Travelife Certified certificate for sustainable tourism. The official ceremony will take place at the ITB Berlin 2025 Fair (March 4-6).
Travelife Certified, awarded by Travelife – a prestigious organization in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is an international testament to excellence in implementing sustainable standards for the tourism industry.
To achieve Travelife Certified certification, businesses must meet many strict criteria on: environmental protection; business ethics and human rights; fair labor; responsible cooperation with partners; raising customer awareness of sustainable tourism...
This certification is fully compliant with international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 26000 on social responsibility, and is recognized by the United Nations Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria Committee (GSTC).
By meeting and surpassing nearly 250 strict criteria on sustainable management from Travelife, Lux Travel DMC has become the first high-end travel agency in Vietnam in the top 500 global travel companies to achieve this prestigious certification. The certification is valid for 2 years, from February 24, 2025 to February 24, 2027.
This reflects Lux Travel DMC's continuous efforts in integrating sustainable values into all activities from corporate governance to business, building meaningful travel itineraries, spreading the message of environmental protection and nature and cultural conservation to all employees and customers.
