The People's Committee of Tan Lap Ward (Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province) said that the man who died after falling from a high floor of a building with tourist apartments was Russian. Nha Trang City Police are still coordinating with relevant units to investigate and clarify the incident.
Initial information, on the evening of September 1, many people living around a tourist apartment building on To Hien Thanh Street (Tan Lap Ward) suddenly heard a loud noise. Immediately after, people discovered a man lying motionless on the street and reported it to the authorities.
Upon receiving the news, Nha Trang City Police, local authorities and related units blocked off, examined the scene, and investigated the incident. The scene investigation took place at night.
The case is currently being investigated by the authorities.
