50-year-old man in Phu Tho had 2 cardiac arrests due to acute myocardial infarction

According to Phu Tho Provincial General Hospital, a 50-year-old patient (in Thanh Thuy, Phu Tho) was transferred to the hospital in a deep coma, Glasgow score of 7, and hemodynamically dependent on high-dose vasopressors.

At Phu Tho General Hospital, the patient was admitted to the Intensive Care - Anti-Poison Department in a state of severe shock, Glasgow score 7, mechanical ventilation, hemodynamics dependent on 2 high-dose vasopressors.

Within the first 20 minutes of intensive resuscitation measures being applied, and the doctors were consulting with the cardiologist, the patient suffered a second cardiac arrest. Immediately, the doctors performed CPR: CPR, electric shock, etc. After 10 minutes, the heart started beating again.

At this time, the patient's condition was still very serious. After taking X-rays, the doctors determined that the patient had a myocardial infarction at the LAD II position and a coronary stent was placed.
