On February 8, news from the People's Committee of Long My District said that the concrete road along Nha Tho Canal (Hamlet 12, Vinh Vien Town, Long My District, Hau Giang) has just been inaugurated and put into service on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024.

The Nha Tho canal route is over 1 km long, 2.5 m wide, with a total investment of over 500 million VND. The project was initiated by Colonel Dang Thanh Giang, Head of the Economic Police Department of Hau Giang Police, through the socialization method. In particular, Nam Song Hau Petroleum Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (NSH Petro) donated 400 million VND, contributing to ensuring the construction progress and early completion of the project.

Mr. Dang Hoang Vu, Permanent Vice Chairman of Long My District People's Committee, said that Long My is a remote district, currently facing many difficulties, especially in the field of transportation. The district leaders would like to thank Colonel Dang Thanh Giang and Mr. Mai Van Huy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NSH Petro, along with many households who donated land for this important and meaningful transportation project.
