TTH.VN - On August 16, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh inspected the process of receiving and handling administrative procedure (TTHC) records in reality and on software, the process of digitizing records, and the results of handling administrative procedures on the information system for handling administrative procedures in Phuoc Vinh and Vinh Ninh wards, Hue City.

At the inspection session, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh requested the People's Committees of wards to continue to pay attention to directing the improvement of the operational efficiency of the "one-stop" department in handling administrative procedure records on online public services, enhancing the digitization of records and results of handling administrative procedures; closely directing the implementation of receiving and handling administrative procedures on the administrative procedure handling information system.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh emphasized that it is necessary to promote administrative reform, ensure connectivity, publicity, transparency and efficiency in handling administrative procedures. At the same time, the receiving and returning result departments at the wards need to coordinate, identify limitations, and promote a sense of responsibility in handling and resolving administrative procedures for organizations and individuals. If there are difficulties or problems in handling administrative procedures, they need to be reported to leaders and specialized agencies and units for timely removal, handling and thorough resolution, avoiding the situation of backlog and prolonged administrative procedure records, affecting the administrative reform index of the unit.
