On March 21, Hanoi University of Culture announced its enrollment plan for 2025. This year, the school plans to enroll a total of 1,900 students, using three methods: direct admission and priority admission, based on high school graduation exam scores, and based on high school transcripts.

With the direct admission method, priority admission , in addition to the direct admission subjects according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the school also considers candidates with high achievements in national or international exams and competitions (exams to select excellent students, science and technology exams, art competitions). Each candidate can only register 1 direct admission wish.

With the method of considering high school graduation exam scores , candidates applying for Tourism (international tour guide major) and English Language major must achieve English score of 6 or higher. In addition, for these majors, English will be multiplied by a factor of 2, then converted to a scale of 30 to calculate the admission score.

For Law, Literature is multiplied by a coefficient of 3, then converted to a scale of 30 to calculate the admission score.

With the method of considering transcripts , for the majors of Organizing Art Activities, Organizing Cultural Events, and Literary Composition, candidates must take the 2025 aptitude test organized by the school to get a score combined with the 3-year transcript score of Literature.

In both methods of considering high school graduation exam scores and academic records, in addition to the priority admission points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the school will add 3 points on a 30-point scale for candidates with one of the following types of certificates:
