On March 21, many more universities in the North announced their plans for regular university admissions in 2025. This year, training institutions do not need to allocate quotas for each method, but must determine the conversion rules equivalent to the input threshold and admission scores of the admission methods, admission methods, and admission combinations according to the general instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The school considers candidates with international English certificates with IELTS equivalent to 5.0 or higher. The converted score is from 8.5 to 10 points.
Enrollment targets for 2025 of the University of Electricity are as follows:
Hanoi University of Pharmacy said that this year it plans to enroll 940 students, of which the school will enroll 760 students in pharmacy (group A00); pharmaceutical chemistry (A00), chemistry (A00), biotechnology (B00), each major will enroll 60 students.

Candidates who want to combine their transcripts with their SAT certificates must have an SAT certificate of 1,400 points for pharmacy, and at least 1,350 points for other majors.

Hanoi University of Culture said that in 2025 it plans to enroll 1,900 full-time university students, an increase of 50 students compared to last year.
The school plans to use three admission methods, including direct admission, giving priority to candidates with outstanding abilities and achievements; admission based on high school graduation exam scores; and considering academic records.
With the method of considering high school graduation exam scores and academic records, in addition to the priority points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the school said it will add 3 points on a 30-point scale for candidates with one of the following English certificates:
