After conducting the necessary verification and inspection procedures, the company proceeded to pay the customer's family representative the insurance benefits under the contract with a total amount of 3.6 billion VND.

Mr. I. said that his family was very saddened by the sudden passing of his son and could not help but worry because his son was not only the main breadwinner of the family but also took care of two young children of school age. The money received from the life insurance payout was the necessary financial support to help the two children continue their studies in high school and university.
In 2022, Manulife Vietnam will pay nearly VND7,000 billion in insurance benefits to customers, demonstrating its commitment to providing Vietnamese people with practical support when it is needed most.
