In the campaign "revive your courage, awaken your glory", Ly Hoang Nam at the age of 28 affirmed that he will enter the professional game with a new challenge in the pickleball arena, with the goal of entering the world's top 100.

Of course, with this move, he will receive questions, including "Will Ly Hoang Nam give up tennis?". He shared: "Tennis has been with Hoang Nam for more than 20 years now. I live with it, I do everything for tennis.

So much glory, so much sacrifice. And is glory a limit for me? I don't think so. Pickleball is helping Nam rekindle his passion for sports like the early days. But tennis is already a part of Nam's life. I can't use the word "give up".

Continuing, the first and only Vietnamese tennis player to ever win a Grand Slam event, when he won the junior men's doubles at Wimbledon 2015, shared: "At the moment, Nam finds that pickleball is more suitable for him to continue competing at a professional level and contribute to the country's sports.

Coming from tennis, of course I had an advantage when I started playing pickleball, integrating faster than normal people. The drives (hitting hard from the back of the court) or movements of pickleball are quite similar to tennis.

But there are many other shots in pickleball, which are not easy to approach or develop quickly. When I choose a sport, I am very serious. I will devote my heart, time and respect to that sport."

At the age of 28, Ly Hoang Nam is making a new step in his role as a professional pickleball player, after winning the last 5 tournaments. He expressed: "I will try my best to improve myself and develop more and more in this sport. Hopefully I will be able to achieve my goals in the future.

When I played tennis, I never made it into the world top 100. But I will aim for this goal when investing in pickleball. As for the future, I hope everyone will follow and support Nam in the upcoming journey."

Also on March 21, Ly Hoang Nam shared his experience with the Kamito Alpha racket that will accompany him: "I have tried many rackets. As a professional athlete, I need a racket that suits me to compete at my best. I have tried many rackets, distinguishing the strengths and weaknesses of each racket.
