In his opening speech, Mr. Vu Huy Hoang - Deputy Secretary of the Government Youth Union said: The sports festival is an opportunity for athletes to learn and improve their professional skills and competition experience, and is also a healthy and useful playground to continue responding to the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" and contribute to promoting the sports movement in agencies and units under the Government Party Committee.
