On February 21, at the Provincial Museum, the Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Vietnam Journalists Association to organize the opening ceremony of the At Ty 2025 Spring Press Festival and thematic exhibition "Vietnamese Revolutionary Press: A Century of Battle - Pride of Hung Yen Press" (abbreviated as the Spring Press Festival and thematic exhibition). This is the opening activity of a series of activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025).

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Spring Press Festival and thematic exhibition, comrade Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: Over the years, together with the Vietnamese revolutionary press, the Hung Yen provincial press has always accompanied the revolutionary struggles, making important contributions to the cause of building and defending the country, building and developing Hung Yen province... The press agencies have done a good job of propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; the goals of the annual socio-economic development program; pioneering in the fight against corruption and negativity; refuting the false arguments of hostile forces; firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation. Many excellent press works have won awards at the National Press Awards; press awards of ministries and branches... The organization of the Spring Press Festival and thematic exhibition contributes to promoting the strong development and achievements of the Vietnamese press and Hung Yen press; Commend the achievements in socio-economic development of the country and the province. At the same time, create opportunities for press agencies and journalists to exchange and learn from experiences...

The Spring Newspaper Festival and thematic exhibition have 11 exhibition booths, including: 10 exhibition booths of the following units: Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Provincial Journalists Association; Hung Yen Newspaper; Hung Yen Radio and Television Station; Department of Information and Communications; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Provincial Literature and Arts Association; Hung Yen City People's Committee; 2 central press agencies residing in Hung Yen, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam News Agency (exhibition booths introducing press, radio, television, cultural and artistic publications of Hung Yen province, the Central Government... published in 2024 and on the occasion of welcoming the Spring of At Ty 2025; images introducing socio-economic achievements, promoting tourism potential, attracting investment of the province...); 1 exhibition booth of the Vietnam Press Museum (displaying documents, artifacts, and images about 100 years of formation and development of the Vietnamese press in general and Hung Yen press in particular).

During the program, the Provincial Journalists Association honored its outstanding members and journalists. Representatives of the Hung Yen Newspaper, Hung Yen Radio and Television, and members of the Provincial Journalists Association presented collected artifacts about Hung Yen journalism to the Vietnam Journalism Museum.

As planned, the Spring Newspaper Festival and thematic exhibition will take place from February 21 to March 2 at the Provincial Museum.
