Quang Ngai Provincial Leaders Remember and Pay Gratitude to Heroic Martyrs

(Baoquangngai.vn) - In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, provincial leaders and delegates respectfully offered flowers, incense and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Quang Ngai province (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025), on the morning of March 21, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province held a ceremony to visit the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery in Nghia Thuan commune (Tu Nghia).

Provincial leaders and delegates attended the ceremony to visit the provincial martyrs cemetery.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Thi Quynh Van offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery Temple.

Attending the ceremony were Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Bui Thi Quynh Van; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Dang Ngoc Huy; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, unions, armed forces, Quang Ngai City, Tu Nghia District, etc.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Dang Ngoc Huy offered incense to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery Temple.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered wreaths and incense at the Monument of the Fatherland and observed a moment of silence to commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

The noble sacrifices of the heroic martyrs have created heroic and indomitable feats; are the pride of the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people, contributing to educating the tradition of indomitable struggle for today's and future generations.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.

Provincial leaders attended the funeral.

Continuing the heroic historical tradition of the nation, of the heroic homeland of Quang Ngai, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ngai province vow to constantly strive to practice and promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, overcome all difficulties and challenges, join hands to build the province to become increasingly rich and prosperous, take better care of the material and spiritual life of the people, and are determined to build a heroic Quang Ngai in the new era.

Leaders of Tu Nghia district and Quang Ngai city offered incense to pay tribute and commemorate the heroic martyrs.

Provincial leaders held a moment of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs - the nation's outstanding sons who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

After the flower and incense offering ceremony at the memorial, the provincial leaders, armed forces, departments, agencies, unions, and leaders of Quang Ngai City and Tu Nghia District burned incense at each grave of the martyrs resting at the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery to express their respect and deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs.

The flower and incense offering ceremony for heroic martyrs is a meaningful activity expressing the responsibility, sacred feelings and gratitude of today's generation towards the previous generation.
