To celebrate the 135th anniversary of the province's founding (March 21, 1890 - March 21, 2025) and the provincial cultural, sports and tourism festival, on the evening of March 21, at Ky Ba Park (Thai Binh City), the art program "Cheo Festival Night" took place.
