Previously, taking advantage of the evening, on some roads in Hue City, groups of young people driving motorbikes swerved, carried more people than allowed, and did not wear helmets, causing disorder in traffic safety.
After a period of verification, the Traffic Police - Order Team of Hue City Police clarified that the 3 teenagers driving the vehicle were: Pham Nguyen Anh Thien (born 2005), Cao Kha Bon (born 2006), Dang Duy Quoc Khanh (born 2007), all residing in Quang Dien district.
The Traffic Police and Public Order Team of Hue City Police has drawn up a record to handle these teenagers for the following violations: Driving in a row of 3 or more vehicles, weaving in and out of traffic, not having a driver's license, not wearing a helmet.
Hue City Police said that the unit is currently increasing the force of Criminal Police, Drug Crime Investigation Police to coordinate with the Traffic Police - Order Team of Hue City Police to organize patrols and control the area to strictly handle the number of young people causing disorder and traffic safety.
