Khanh Hoa improves efficiency in supporting small and medium enterprises

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to support training and human resource development for small and medium enterprises.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just requested departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to improve the effectiveness of business support services, especially for small and medium enterprises.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee requested the above agencies to diversify and effectively develop the system of business development services, business incubators, startup support centers, shared technical facilities, business support, consulting and legal support for businesses.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to support training and human resource development for small and medium enterprises, focusing on consulting and training solutions according to the needs of enterprises with the contents of enterprise restructuring, finance, human resources, market, risk management, digital transformation, green transformation, participation in sustainable value chains, administrative procedures; develop a survey and assessment plan, and advise the Provincial People's Committee to approve the DDCI index.

The representative office of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry in Khanh Hoa propagates and improves the effectiveness of guiding and supporting businesses to exploit and take advantage of opportunities from Free Trade Agreements; carries out activities to support small and medium enterprises in digital transformation, market expansion, human resource development... corresponding to the tasks assigned in relevant documents; deploys activities to support businesses in accessing and applying green transformation models, sustainable business...

The Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry Representative Office in Khanh Hoa presides over and coordinates with business associations to organize dialogue activities with people and businesses to promptly grasp policy feedback and difficulties and problems; ensure substantive dialogue and promptly resolve difficulties and problems of businesses.

At the same time, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested this agency to innovate the access to information and feedback from businesses and investors to prevent trade and investment disputes.
