On the afternoon of March 17, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with Cam Ranh International Airport and Anex Vietnam Trading and Tourism Company Limited to welcome a flight from Irkutsk City, Russia to Cam Ranh. Attending the welcoming ceremony were Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and representatives of relevant departments, branches and units.
Flight ZF2577 of Azur Air (Russia) landed at Cam Ranh International Airport at 15:20 carrying 231 passengers. This is the first charter flight in a series of charter flights from 11 cities of Russia to Khanh Hoa organized by Anex Vietnam Trading and Tourism Company Limited in coordination with Azur Air after many years of suspension due to the Covid-19 pandemic and geopolitical instability.

According to the plan, from March 17, Anex Vietnam Company will coordinate with Azur Air to organize flights from 11 cities in Russia (Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, Barnaul, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Tomsk, Novokuznetsk, Blagoveshchensk) to Khanh Hoa. Azur Air will use Boeing 757, Boeing 767 and Boeing 777 aircraft to transport passengers with a frequency of 12 flights in March; 50-55 flights/month from April to June; 90-100 flights/month from July 2025 onwards.
