On the morning of March 22, the Go Quao District Youth Union organized the 34th Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress, school year 2024-2025.
On this occasion, the Go Quao District Youth Union awarded certificates of Uncle Ho's good children to 170 outstanding team members who achieved excellent results in studying and training, and made many contributions to the movement and activities of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team of Kien Giang province.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the Vietnamese children's movement to compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings in Go Quao district continues to be implemented with many exciting and meaningful activities, creating an environment for children to study, practice and develop.
The teams organize and launch competitions in the teams, grades, and teams in many forms such as good lessons, good study weeks, clean notebooks, beautiful handwriting, 10-point flowers for teachers, study groups, pairs of friends who progress together, knowing the lesson and doing the homework completely in class...
As a result, there were 2,490 pairs of friends making progress together, 1,986 study groups with 12,246 students participating; 23,710 flowers with 10 points and 35,252 good study periods, 1,470 good study weeks. The whole district currently has 189 study and hobby clubs such as football, badminton, volleyball with over 3,250 members.

Over the years, the small-scale planning movement has attracted the participation of the team members and children in the district, achieving positive results, building 8 houses for team members, 5 school bookcases, and 20 free playgrounds for children. Each house, bookcase, and free playground costs 20 million VND, contributed by team members in the district.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the Go Quao District Youth Union awarded 35 scholarships and 82 gifts to students in difficult circumstances with a total value of 190 million VND; recruited 6,750 new team members, bringing the total number of team members in the district to 11,485. Every year, the district has 95% of teams and 90% of teams recognized as strong teams and teams, and 90% of team members achieving the title of Uncle Ho's good children.
With the achievements, in the 2024-2025 school year, the work of the Young Pioneers and the children's movement of Go Quao district were assessed by the Provincial Young Pioneer Council as a unit that excellently completed the tasks of the Young Pioneers.
Go Quao District Youth Union donated free playgrounds for children in 2025 to 6 school teams, with a total cost of 120 million VND.
