On February 23, the Trade Promotion Agency in collaboration with Messe Frankfurt Group (Germany) held a press conference to announce the first regional international trade exhibition in Vietnam in the specialized fields of fibers, fabrics and textile accessories, apparel, home textiles, textile technology and sewing machines. With the theme "Connecting trade with international businesses", the exhibition will be held from February 28 to March 1 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The exhibition has a scale of over 500 booths with the participation of more than 400 domestic and international enterprises from 16 countries and territories around the world such as: UK, Germany, Italy, USA, Switzerland, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China), Thailand, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, China... The exhibition will feature prominent national and regional pavilions from: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Pakistan. In particular, the Vietnam national brand pavilion will be one of the important highlights of the Exhibition, introducing to Vietnamese and international visitors the strengths of Vietnam's textile and garment industry. The product lines on display include: garments; home textiles; technical textiles and non-woven fabrics; Textile processing and printing technology... This is a good opportunity for businesses to seek reputable partners and suppliers, promote trade relationships, participate deeply in the global value chain, gradually increase the localization rate, proactively meet the diverse needs of domestic and foreign customers, meet the rules of origin required by new generation Free Trade Agreements, increase product added value, contribute to promoting the development of Vietnam's textile and garment industry in the direction of green and sustainable development in the world./.
