The Giap Thin Spring Newspaper Festival will have many meaningful sideline activities.

At the meeting, the Organizing Committee of the press conference agreed on the plan, program content, and arrangement of the exhibition booths of the 2024 Giap Thin Spring Press Conference.

With the theme "Celebrating the Party, celebrating Spring, celebrating the country, and the renewed homeland", the Press Festival will organize an exhibition and introduction of the 2024 Spring newspapers of Central, industry, and local Party newspapers nationwide, and introduce advanced television equipment of Nghe An Radio and Television Station... In addition, the Press Festival will also dedicate space to display and introduce OCOP products of Do Luong district.

The Opening Ceremony of the Giap Thin Spring Newspaper Festival 2024 and the awarding ceremony of the Nghe An Province Golden Hammer and Sickle Award 2023 will take place on the morning of January 30, 2024 (ie December 20, Quy Mao year) in Do Luong district.

The Press Festival will have 11 booths of agencies and units, including Journalists' Associations under the Nghe An Journalists' Association, a booth of Nghe An Publishing House and a booth introducing OCOP products of Do Luong district.

Also at the Spring Press Festival, the Steering Committee of the "Golden Hammer and Sickle - Nghe An 2023" award organized to commend and award authors and groups of authors whose works won the press award on the theme of Party building called "Golden Hammer and Sickle - Nghe An 2023"; launched the response to the 8th National "Golden Hammer and Sickle" Press Award and the "Golden Hammer and Sickle - Nghe An 2024" Press Award.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also mobilized resources and gave gifts to families with difficult circumstances and poor students who overcame difficulties in Do Luong district.
