How to make braised pork ribs with quail eggs
Ingredient

Prepare ingredients
300gr baby back ribs, 10 quail eggs, 300ml coconut water, 3 cloves garlic, 1 shallot, 5 chili peppers, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 teaspoon caramel, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, a little common spices (seasoning powder/pepper/salt).
Making
Wash the quail eggs and put them in a pot with 500ml of water, boil for 8 minutes until the eggs are cooked. Once boiled, put the eggs in cold water to make peeling easier.
Wash 300g ribs with diluted salt water and chop into small pieces. Blanch in boiling water to firm up the ribs then remove.
