To coordinate the implementation of the work of cleaning up and overcoming the situation of broken and fallen trees affecting urban order, traffic safety and environmental sanitation, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of districts to direct and mobilize functional forces and socio-political organizations to urgently coordinate with the Department of Construction, Department of Transport and units to maintain and preserve trees and environmental sanitation in accordance with the direction of the City People's Committee.
Districts and towns coordinate with management units to maintain and support trees, replant leaning and fallen trees, and organize the collection of broken and fallen tree trunks, leaves, and branches to ensure environmental sanitation, ensure traffic safety, and limit traffic congestion in the management area.
The Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee also assigned the Department of Transport to direct the Traffic Inspectorate to mobilize vehicles (trucks) of units and enterprises in the area to coordinate with the Department of Construction and the People's Committees of districts to transport broken and fallen trees collected by the People's Committees of districts to the designated place.
At the same time, coordinate with the City Police to organize licensing for the above vehicles to carry out the collection of broken and fallen trees, clean up the environment, promptly clear and collect fallen trees and broken branches according to the direction of the City People's Committee.
