Hanoi is about to have 5 more social housing projects

(Dan Tri) - Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just concluded on the implementation of the construction of 5 concentrated social housing areas in the city.

According to the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee, for the two investment projects to build social housing areas Tien Duong 1 and Tien Duong 2 (Dong Anh district), the Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Dong Anh District People's Committee and related units are required to focus on speeding up the progress of investment and construction of these two concentrated social housing areas, implementing procedures according to the "green channel", shortening the processing time for work procedures.

The Hanoi People's Committee also requested the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance to coordinate closely and have a plan to complete the selection of investors by May 15 at the latest. On that basis, the Hanoi Department of Construction is responsible for guiding and urging investors after being selected to promptly complete the investment project preparation, design implementation, and strive to start construction in September.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to determine the boundaries and scope of the land for the above two investment projects. On that basis, the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment will hand over the boundary markers to the Dong Anh District People's Committee, to be completed in March.

The Hanoi People's Committee also assigned the Dong Anh District People's Committee to urgently carry out land recovery and site clearance for the two social housing projects Tien Duong 1 and Tien Duong 2 in August to create a clean site, serving the goal of starting construction in September.

For 3 investment projects to build concentrated social housing areas in Dai Mach commune, Dong Anh district and Tien Phong commune, Me Linh district; Co Bi commune, Gia Lam district; at land plot C1-5 under the S5 urban subdivision planning in Ngoc Hoi, Dai Ang, Lien Ninh communes, Thanh Tri district and Khanh Ha commune, Thuong Tin district, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to carefully study the content of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development...

Dong Anh and Gia Lam districts use district-level budgets to organize the implementation of detailed planning, scale 1/500, for concentrated social housing areas in Dai Mach commune, Dong Anh district and Tien Phong commune, Me Linh district; concentrated social housing area in Co Bi commune, Gia Lam district, to be completed before July 1.

After the detailed planning, scale 1/500 is approved, the Department of Construction will advise the City People's Committee on the next procedures and processes to implement the investment project of the city's concentrated social housing areas.

For land plot C1-5 under the urban subdivision planning S5 in Ngoc Hoi, Dai Ang, Lien Ninh communes, Thanh Tri district and Khanh Ha commune, Thuong Tin district, the Department of Planning and Architecture properly implemented the direction of the City People's Committee in Notice No. 533 in March.
