The social housing area on this land lot consists of 2 blocks of 9 floors above ground and 1 basement with 280 apartments. Of which, the number of apartments for sale is 223, the number of apartments for rent is 57.
Based on the proposal of Vingroup Corporation - JSC, Thanh Hoa Department of Construction approved the maximum average selling price of this project at 20.65 million VND/m2 (including 5% VAT, but excluding maintenance fee).

Thus, the smallest apartment in this project is 45.38m2 and will cost about 937 million VND. The largest apartment has an area of 71.37m2 and costs about 1.47 billion VND.
The maximum average rental price is applied at 79,435 VND/m2/month. Corresponding to the lowest rental price from 3.6 million VND/month and the highest is over 5.8 million VND/month.
The investor will accept applications for renting and buying houses at the project until April 19 and can sign apartment transaction contracts in May. The two social housing blocks are expected to be handed over in November.
In this urban area, Vingroup also has another social housing plot with the code NOXH-04 that has been granted a construction permit. According to the plan, this plot will have 4 blocks of 9-storey buildings and a basement.
